At our store, every blanket is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of this, we do not accept refunds or cancellations for change of mind or incorrect ordering.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:
- Your item arrives damaged, or
- Your item is significantly not as described
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
- You must provide clear photo/video proof of the issue
Returns Process
- Approved returns must be sent back to us before any refund or replacement is issued
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be returned in their original condition where possible
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or design selected by the customer
- Delays in shipping once the item has been dispatched
