  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise

Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear

Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High demand periods

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.


Incorrect Address

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:
